The sword is a choice to turn from what was and seek all that is Christ, or to push Him away and face the consequences. That is the dividing line. Each person and every generation has to make their decision on their own. Are you a barrier to their salvation?
There are some gifts that once received, perpetually bless the heart. When we are connected through Christ, we can glean from one another new ways of seeking His face.
Do we really measure our WORTH by what we do, the things we have, how others perceive us, or what we amount to financially? Is that all there is to life? Or are we worth loving as we are - without any ‘thing’?
Knowing where one is going is a blessing. It gives courage, even when the path has some rugged obstacles to get through. Be strong, keep awake.
You were dead but now arise. Take your breath and come to life. Christ will bring us back to life. That is His promise.
