“Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness…”

and all will be provided. Everything.

Not scraps here and there, but all I need. This is what I have witnessed. Your absolute, over-the-top lavish provision and perfect salvation for me! I can only walk THIS way now; no other way is for me. You store up within me a reserve of peace – in advance – before times when I am called upon to be the dispenser of Your peace. You fill me to pour me back out!
LORD, You teach me daily how-to better love, better cope, better abide, better extend, and to draw all things from Your holy provision.
Everything is considered in humble petition before You. I ask, LORD, “What am I to do here?” and then apply this precept to all matters. You are my LORD and before You I bow low to seek Your holiness. In today’s cultural movement for personal identity there is a choice to be labeled “him, her, they, she, he, them”.

I am “His”

“Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine…”

You implore “What do you want, what do you think, what do you need?”  LORD, there is no limit to what You can do. I am the only roadblock! My lack, my short vision! Open me Lord to unlock all the stops!

“…according to His power…”

Though I wince every time I hear the word ‘supernatural’, it does well to describe Your power. Unfathomable, uncontainable, perfectly purposed power! And that power is indwelling in me!   That power pours out through me, through us; those who know His voice.

“…that is at work within us” Ephesians 3:20

Observe the amount…ABUNDANT!
This is the gift of God offered us – which we are to then pour back out from our abundance to everyone. Abundantly.
Mercy = Compassion or forgiveness, shown towards someone whom it is within one’s power to punish or harm.
Peace = Freedom from disturbance, tranquility.
Love = Love of mankind in Christ.

Your overflowing power oh, LORD!
My fingers thumb through Psalms of praises, testimonies, and songs declaring how powerful You are! Power in love, in wisdom, in creation, and in abounding righteousness!
Holy! Holy! Holy!
Has there ever been a time when humanity did not strain to comprehend Your majesty?

Why yes, today in fact.
And now that we seem to have ‘outgrown’ YHWH, our appointment with wrath has been sealed.  Select everything or nothing at all.

CRUX

We as a modern culture select “no” God.  We got this.

Even so, I will rejoice!
I will worship and praise You God! For You are LORD of all.
